TSF-A2 MCU Logic Controller

A compact industrial logic control core with 16-channel DI/DO and 2-channel multi-function analog input. It supports Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU and CanBus, and logic is written with the same rule engine and HRL rule language as the ETH-A2E. Operating temperature is −40 to 75 °C.

A rule engine instead of programming

IF-THEN rules replace ladder logic

Trigger conditions and actions are chosen from a form. There is no PLC program to write, and changing a rule needs no recompile or reflash — saving makes it live.

The same HRL as the ETH-A2E

The rule language is shared with the gateway, so one rule file works on both. The online HRL generator can also turn a plain-language description into rules.

Wide temperature, DIN rail

A −40 to 75 °C operating range with DIN rail mounting keeps outdoor enclosures and unconditioned plant rooms within scope.

Front-end control and communication

Sixteen DI/DO channels selectable as NPN or PNP, plus two 16-bit multi-function analog inputs. Communication covers Modbus TCP and Modbus RTU together with a CanBus industrial bus interface — vehicles, construction machinery and some drive equipment mostly run CAN, and having the interface on board removes the need for an external protocol converter. Supply is 24 V DC (10 – 27 V).
