Stop writing PLC ladder logic

Open a browser — that is your control room.

The ETH-A2E carries a 160-rule IF-THEN engine on a 20 ms deterministic scan and the FluxLive V2 drag-and-drop SCADA designer. Control decisions are made in the field, with no dependency on a host PC or the network, and everything is configured in the browser with no software to install.

Rule engine

Control logic without code. IF-THEN conditions and actions are set in the browser; 160 rules run on a 20 ms deterministic scan. Triggers cover change, continuous and timed; conditions combine multiple terms with deadband filtering; actions write, pulse, alarm or publish, and can be scheduled by weekday and time.

Upload an SVG background under 100 KB, drop components onto it, bind tags, and the screen is live — no configuration software to buy and no web development. Dark and light themes switch with one click for any lighting condition. The layout is stored on the device, so a replacement unit needs no rework.

Keeps running when the network drops

Logic runs on the device itself, with no dependency on a host PC or the network. Control continues through an outage and data is forwarded once the link returns. One unit replaces remote I/O, a small controller and a serial device server — less cabinet space, less wiring and fewer spares.

Connectivity and four languages

Three serial ports configured independently, Modbus RTU master and a unified external-device image, all on one page. The interface ships in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English and Japanese, and renders fully on phones as well as PCs — commissioning does not require a trip back to the office.

Encrypted transport

MQTT uplink supports TLS and mTLS mutual authentication, with a built-in CA set or your own upload. The web interface itself runs over HTTPS with a self-signed or uploaded server certificate. Operating data should not cross a public network in clear text.

Try the HRL rule generator

Not sure how to write the rules? Describe the requirement in plain language and the online tool generates importable rules, checked by a deterministic validator first.
